Initiation into Tantra.

i am very much interested in tantra to be precise in sublimation of baser energies in to higher consciousness.i have been trying of my own a lot of this and thats but have not been able to get a bresk as yet. sometimes i get a glimpse or one but thrown in to inertia the next moment.i hear tantra is an art but do'nt know how this art is imbibed.i have read Osho and others considered to be authorities on tantra in the hope of getting a break but of no avail.i am interested in joining an institute to learn tantra but am constrained by fund.Is there a way out to fulfill my heart's desire within my affordability?i would be so much grateful to you should you advise me what to do keeping my constraints in view.
